Registration fees, room rates, nursing procedure fees & unused Physiotherapy or TCM packages are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits are refundable upon discharge and settlement of outstanding fees.
The amount for retail items will be prorated and refunded accordingly upon discharge.
Standard 30 days notice period to discharged, in sufficient notice given monthly fees will be forfeited.
For discharges occurring within less than one month, an additional administrative processing fee of RM500 will apply.

No refunds for stays under one month; a one-month notice is required for discharge.
No refunds for Registration Fees.
No refunds for Nursing Procedure Fees.
No refunds for Unused Physiotherapy or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) packages.
In case of death (with a death certificate), a minimum charge of 50% of the room rate applies; other charges are non-refundable.
