The total bill shall be subject to a 6% Services Support Fee (Amount as determined by the relevant government authority and subject to change), calculated on the total bill amount.

All room rates fee, nursing procedure fees, and unused Physiotherapy or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) packages are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

The cost of retail items will be calculated on a prorated basis and refunded upon discharge.

Residents are required to give 30 days’ notice before discharge. Monthly fees will be forfeited if adequate notice is not provided.

An administrative processing fee of RM500 applies to discharges with notice of less than one (1) month.

The refund process requires at least 60 days to complete, as two calendar cycles are needed for system clearance.

Stays shorter than TWO (2) MONTHS are NON-REFUNDABLE. A minimum of one month’s notice is required for discharge.

No refunds will be provided for Nursing Procedure Fees.

No refunds will be issued for Unused Physiotherapy or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) packages.

With a death certificate, a minimum charge of 50% of the room rate applies, while all other fees remain non-refundable.
